ENTERTAINMENT: Fame Don't Pay!

It looks like everyone doesn't love "America's Next Top Model" as much as I do. Some of the ladies aren't getting the supermodel treatment. Actually, they aren't getting TV star treatment either. You need to check out the picture of Eva Pigford Marcille, winner of cycle 3, stuck sitting in the coach seats on an airplane. What makes it worse…the person that took the picture had a better seat than her. Talk about rubbing salt in the wound.

You would think a more recent winner will get treated better. NOT! Jaslene Gonzalez got played at the front door of Snoop Dogg's recent album release party. She made it on to the red carpet, took pictures and still couldn't get past the bouncers. Ryannsdad said, "She should've told them she knew ME!!!" Who knows, it could've been worth a try. Didn't she just do BET's Rip The Runway, where Snoop performed and showed off his clothing line? At the rate Tyra is cranking out Top Models and is about to start a different show, that D-list she's putting together will be filling up even faster with new reality show stars. -Tanspot

oh my God give Tyra a break, how about, good job Tyra for giving young women a chance to be something and a headstart at some type of career move.

Lately 'Top Model's' been crankin' out duds. No one has had more recognition than Eva or has looked better than Eva.  Tyra should've stopped there. Her cycles are too close for people to remember the last winner.

I do agree that maybe she is doing a little much. Tyra maybe need to slow down. We can't keep up with the Top Models already out and working. I didn't start watching the show until Cycle 3 when Eva won and I just fell in love with the show. My next favorite was Danielle. Now the rest of the shows were interesting, but thsi latest one is just plain boring. I tried to watch it but I just went back to playing with my little cousins. Maybe Tyra needs to take a break from the Top Model business, but I do love her talk show!!!!!

I had to come back and say that Tyra did step out on a limb by giving these women a chance to get into a very hard industry to work in. For someone like Eva and her being so short it might have been virtually impossible for her to get into this industry otherwise. So I commend Tyra for all that she has done, but I still think that maybe she needs to take a break for a year and comeback with a fresh new perspective on the whole Top Model thing.
