Is Wendy Williams being abused by her husband? In shocking documents posted online,
Wendy Williams' Talent Producer accuses Wendy’s husband of sexual
harassment and claims that Wendy’s Husband has physically abused Wendy
on the property of WBLS.
“In one instance, Mr. Hunter stormed into the studio, demanded that
other employees leave and openly physically abused Ms. Williams,
pinning her against the wall with his hand around her neck, choking her
while repeatedly pounding his fist into the wall directly by her head.”
"Throughout my employment with the Company, Kevin Hunter, Ms. Williams’
husband and manager subjected me to severe and pervasive sexual
harassment. For example, Mr. Hunter repeatedly sexually propositioned
me at work, in the most crude and vulgar ways, telling me over and over
that he wanted to “***” me. "
"Recently his sexual propositions escalated into the obsessive and
during the workday at the Company’s studio he constantly told me of his
desire to “***” me and that he had been dreaming about sleeping with
me."
Global Grind members are speaking out: Tanspot says: "Say it ain't so...", while HipHopHustler2 says:
"Men should never hit women. And men should defiantly not hit their
wife at her job while her co-workers are watching and then hit on a
co-worker on the way out."
This story comes as a complete and utter surprise to the many listeners
of The Wendy Williams experience as Wendy has always talked highly of
her talent producer Nicole Spence on air. Nicole makes claims that
after she complained to human resources she was stripped of her job
duties and her desk was moved away from the staff of Wendy’s show. She
also documents mistreatment from Wendy Williams.
After the news broke, bloggers across the net gave their spin on the
story which included Nicole may have been in a secret relationship that
went sour with Wendy’s husband and referring to Nicole as an
opportunist. A news site went as far as putting clips of Nicole up from
a series she did with Essence called “30 Dates in 30 Days” alluding
that she wanted to be a star.
What Nicole Spence allegedly experienced in the workplace happens all
the time to women in the entertainment industry. The backlash that she
is experiencing is exactly why more women do not take a stand and
continue to deal with it on a daily basis. As far as Wendy, I’ve heard
her hang up on female callers for making stupid decisions in their
relationships. Global Grind member Anthony
agrees: "I know its her job, but when callers ask for relationship
advice she is quick to tell them to leave, but she wont leave her man
when he does the same or worse." Exactly, how can you judge what’s
going on in someone’s else’s home when your house isn’t right?
Just a thought..
