GOSSIP: Is Irony A Country In Africa?

Did 50 Cent Really Get Robbed?  As sad as this sounds, I had a field day upon learning that 50 Cent had his chain snatched while performing in Angola, Africa recently.  In a video grinded by WayMoreThanMusic, 50 is performing on stage when someone hops on the stage, snatches his chain and runs for the border. 50 Cent jumps off the stage to run after him but by this time, the guy was long gone. Grind member BiggaNoiz commented " So what who cares he isn't the first and wont be the last and check this out, I'm no fan of 50's but look the dude snatched and grabbed and 50 jumped off the stage and ran after the dude.. I've never seen a puck raun after a dude after he got robbed you feel me? and whats the deal yall people get a kick out of seeing other people suffer? Stop gun eating!"

Now, I'm not a huge fan of 50 Cent and I believe his ability to bully other artists for publicity plays a huge factor in my reasoning. Every since he hit the scene in the early 2000's, he has picked public battles with everyone from Ja Rule, The Game, to Fat Joe and most recently Alicia Keys. Who picks on Alicia Keys?

But what makes the video a lot more interesting is the fact that 50 Cent first hit the scene with the song "How To Rob" where he raps about robbing celebrities. In the song, he takes no prisoners as he raps about robbing everyone from Lil Kim, to Jermaine Dupri and even Diddy.

You better recognize n*gga I'm straight from the street
These industry n*ggaz startin to look like somethin to eat
I'll snatch Kim and tell Puff, "You wanna see her again?"
Get your ass down to the nearest ATM
I have dreams of fuckin an R&B b*tch
And I'll wake up early and bounce with all your sh*t
When I apply pressure, son it aint even funny
I'm about to stick Bobby for some of that Whitney money

Exactly! If he didn't portray himself as some kind of super-gangsta then I would have sympathy for him but that's not the case, is it?
